Save yourself a lot of trouble and just go to Bozard! On Memorial Day 2016, I purchased a F150 Lariat. I knew there was a slight issue with the climate control but the service department was out that day On Memorial Day 2016, I purchased a F150 Lariat. I knew there was a slight issue with the climate control but the service department was out that day. They scheduled the repair quickly and it was fixed two days later. While it was in, I had the spray on bed liner done and, WOW!, the company they contract for the work was incredible. I've never seen such a beautiful job done on a bed liner. It was a little more expensive but totally worth it. I went to Bozard because they had a great selection and they are the top rated dealership in FL. Well they proved it during this transaction. They offered me a great deal on my trade in and sold me the truck at an excellent price. I will definitely recommend Bozard to anyone looking for a Ford and look forward to doing more business with them in coming years. More

Quick help on service on F-150 Was visiting St Augustine for work and needed to have my truck towed, after stepping on gas pedal with no response. Well, you can never truly appreciate the service at Bozard Ford until you have to spend a few hours at Tom Bush BMW. You pull up into the service lane, no one comes to see you. You walk in, no one talks to you for a good 5-10 minutes. You finally get checked in after you overhear the service manager say, "Well, she's 15 minutes early," and no one talks to you. No one asks you if you'd like some water. If you'd like to know what interent to use while you wait. If you'd like a snack. Or maybe a ride to the Town Center. If you'd like somewhere to sit comfortably while you wait. Disney World may be called the best place on earth, but Bozard Ford is a close second. I wish there was a Bozard BMW. But a dream is a wish your heart makes. More
