Horrible Customer Service turned in my lease vehicle on Dec 2nd, 2019. One of the sales management team, Gary White, did a walk around inspection, mentioned how clean it was turned in my lease vehicle on Dec 2nd, 2019. One of the sales management team, Gary White, did a walk around inspection, mentioned how clean it was (I had paid $200 that day for a full detail to turn it in in perfect condition) and there were no scratches or door dings. A week later I get a letter from a 3rd party inspector that there are two large holes and cracks in the windshield and Ford Motor Credit was going to charge me $464. Knowing the windshield wasn't cracked when I turned it in, I drove up there, spoke with Gary, who did the walk around inspection, showed him the pics that had been provided to me, and he agreed that they were not there prior. Ford Motor Credit asked for a statement to be faxed stating that fact. He refused, saying his manager, Mike Huntzinger, did the paperwork and he would have to send it. Eventually, after three weeks of my calling, Mike Hunstznger finally sent in a letter stating that he doesn't remember whether the windshield was cracked, but that 5 Star Ford would not take responsibility for it. Thanks a lot, 5 Star Ford. I'm no longer a customer so there's no customer loyalty or concern for the truth. FMC says it's between myself and the dealership to work it out, but I'm getting ZERO cooperation from them now, in fact, they're just rude. I absolutely loved my Ford Explorer, but I will NEVER purchase another Ford or deal with Ford Motor Credit again. More

New Car for a First Time Buyer Doreen was AWESOME! She helped me so much when looking for my car. And worked so hard to get me a payment I can afford. Being a first time buyer is really stressful, but she made it feel less stressful and almost easy. She gave me several calls to let me know she was working on my vehicle and helped us every step of the way! Even went through the car with me after to make sure i knew ALL the features. She is passionate about helping you and making sure that YOU get a great deal and good car. I can't thank her enough for her help and will be sending all of my friends and family to her. David was great too! Helped me so much to understand the terminology and how they came to the final price. He was also extremely proficient which is something I admire in anyone. Michael was also very kind! My father and I met him our first time in the store and Doreen brought us to meet him. He explained how they were going to do their best to get us a good deal and how passionate they are about their costumers. You could really see and feel that he was being honest with you! More

Drove 10 Hours to Buy From 5-Star We noticed a vehicle on their website that was similar to one we'd looked into at our local dealership. We had been searching for a new salesman since We noticed a vehicle on their website that was similar to one we'd looked into at our local dealership. We had been searching for a new salesman since the one our family has used for years passed away, and were hoping the local dealership would be it, but we were disappointed. We had a very poor dealership locally so decided to give 5-Star a try. We emailed Jesus Valles about the Explorer we saw on the website, and within hours of asking for information, we had it in our email. Within a week of asking for details Jesus had us behind the wheel. We drove 10 hours, across state lines, to purchase the vehicle from Jesus at 5-Star simply because of the customer service we received. From the initial contact to the drive off the lot it was a FANTASTIC experience. We have found our new Ford house. Jesus is our guy, and this dealership rocks so hard we will drive 10 hours to buy from them EVERY TIME. More
