The sales team of Alfred, Brieanna, Jason and Mike got me absolute top price (although another $175 would have been tip top!). Alfred's attention to detail and care AFTER the sale is unmatched. I called him at home an hour before work and he picked up and took care of my issue like no other salesperson ever has. Brieanna gave us information on the Texas Farm Bureau rebate that we were unaware of and we saved even more money. I keep thinking I have a check coming to me I got such a good deal. I am super pleased with the respect I was shown as a lifetime VIP customer that has bought no less than 8 vehicles since 2003 so I know somewhere Terry Rich is smiling but kudos to Alfred as even though I must drive him crazy with all of my questions and demands he always answers the bell and comes out as a friend. We are happy with our purchase and we know customer service doesn't end after we drive away as Alfred proved just yesterday morning. I'm coming back for more masks once my registration sticker comes in. More
