My wife and I spent maybe a total of 2 hours in the dealership. We were able to handle most of the process by phone or email. Chad Ritter and Melvin Seibel were able to negotiate my time constraints to where I my Escape was detailed and ready to go as soon as I walked in to sign the paperwork. We had only one small hiccup in the process. There was a scuff mark on the console near the driver seatbelt buckle. However, I was able to reach Melvin by email, showed up the next day to meet Chad, and within 30 minutes the repair looked like a whole new console was put it. The trim guy did an amazing job! My family has had a strong history of positive experiences with Five Star. We won't go anywhere else! More

We took it out for a long test drive and when we returned Mel had everything ready and waiting so we would have a fast and painless process ahead of us.
