We asked the salesperson that we had dealt with in the past, Melvin Seibel, to find the model with the options we wanted. The dealership didn't have what we wanted so he spent some time locating the car for us. When he had the car at the dealership he gave us a call and we went in to look it over. We decided we would take the car and the purchase was negotiated. We were given the price that we felt was acceptable and drove the car off that same day. The financial rep at Five Star was very efficient and got our paperwork done in a very short time. We opted to have some after market items added to the car as well. These items were installed the same day we purchased the car and we drove away completely satisfied. More

I recently contacted Melvin Seibel about a vehicle listed on their website and received nothing but straight answers and firm pricing. I contacted him late last Friday about driving up from Waco to see the vehicle. He realized that he would not be there by the time we arrived but it was not a problem! He arranged to have the vehicle brought over from another lot, it was detailed and full of gas, plus he handed us over to Josh Ingram who was fully prepared to handle the sale. We then worked with Jimmy Truong on signing the papers and also met William Conner to discuss the possibility of getting a bed liner. To a person, everyone we dealt with was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. On Saturday, Melvin followed up by calling and offering his assistance if we had any questions about the vehicle. After talking to many poor businessmen during our vehicle search it was refreshing to find a dealership that treats their customers and one another with respect! More

We usually try to avoid dealership's because of the pressure we often experience by the dealership's representative. With Mel we did not have this problem. There was no pressure. We went home rested instead of stressed. We were very grateful for his help and the ability to get the car we now have which we enjoy very much. Good cars, better people. I set out that day to get a car. First I went to 5 Star Ford. They were straight with me at every turn. They gave me the best deal they could. When they found out I was a police officer they made sure I got a "first responder" discount. They were polite and accommodating at every step. Even after we told them we were going to check a couple other dealerships. After we showed them the car we were looking at at Westway Ford, they simply said "Well if that's a better deal, then go for, if not come on back and we'll get you this car." I went to Westway Ford, and it was awful. They jerked me around at every step. They were full of crap, and did all but straight up lie to me. I hate games, and that's all they wanted to play. So I left. Eventually they called me with a deal that I probably would've taken, if they had been straight with me from the start. I immediately went back to 5 Star and started the paperwork. I do not at all regret my decision. I chose to buy a car from decent people. More

He was very straight forward with us and explained the purchase process in detail. After we selected the Edge we wanted, he explained in detail its many features to our satisfaction.
