His overall professionalism and knowledge of how to work a car deal made for the most pleasant car buying experience I have had in a long long time and Mel sold me my 58th vehicle. Terrific truck at a terrific price and Superior Service from Mel. As long as Mel is at Five Star I will most definitely buy from him and recommend him to anyone I know of and even those I don't that are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, because Mel is just that good. More

Melvin emailed me very quickly and offered to hold the vehicle while I drove an hour to get there. He actually held it for 90 minutes to account for traffic. When my wife and I arrived, we were promptly greeted and given complimentary bottled water. Melvin went to check on our reserved vehicle. There was a short wait but that was only because Melvin had already informed the service team that our vehicle should be detailed before we get there in case a sale was made. Melvin was very attentive to the fact that our time was valuable. He made every effort to speed the process along but not in a pushy way. In fact, he wasn't pushy at all! He was the most laid back, friendly salesman I've ever known! He actually was very reasonable when discussing the final price of the vehicle. He was warm and welcoming as well as educated on the vehicle that he accompanied us in on the test drive. He didn't get upset when I floored it! He was very transparent about all of the costs involved and possible interest rates, etc. Once we decided that we wanted to purchase the vehicle, he sent our information over to finance. Well we waited in the waiting area, Melvin sat and talked to us for a while like old friends. It actually made the time fly! Then David came and got us in rushed us through the purchase cycle. I inquired about potential he calling the bank to get a cheaper interest rate and he said it would not help. I could tell he had somewhere to be since it was the end of the day on a Saturday night so I didn't push. I did like the fact that he had everything ready to sign. From there we went back to Melvin's office and he explained very clearly the certified preowned deal that we were getting and then he walked us to our new vehicle! All in all it was a very fast and easy process. I definitely recommend this dealership and the salesman specifically. More

Mel Seibel took great car of us, it was Saturday . . . I spoke with Mel Seibel by phone in the early afternoon on Saturday. He assisted me first by phone in picking out several options for us to see when we came over later in the afternoon. When we arrived, he was ready to assist us with several options. We drove two cars and decided on one that was displayed on the showroom porch. This car shopping trip was a long time coming, as we had shopped with Mel about 6 months ago, but decided to wait, you see, I was very attached to my 1999 Ford Expedition, which when turned in today, had over 533,00 miles! It has been a great car and I really did not want to part with it. My husband accompanied me because he was afraid I would come back home with the 1999 Expedition! I would seriously consider being in a commercial to highlight the reliable Ford brand. Mel Seibel made quick work of getting the vehicle we chose prepped and ready so that it would be ready when the paperwork was completed. He assisted with the paperwork and had great understanding for our needs and complemented us on our great credit!. Robert in the finance department handled that piece quickly and we were soon headed back to meet Mel. He went over details of the car and even parred my phone through the wi-fi. Saying good bye to my old vehicle, was tough, buy Mel made the process go quickly and smoothly. He took great care of us today, and every time we have come over to Five Star Ford!
