Melvin was top notch and very patient with me. I exchanged emails for over a month with Melvin inquiring about pricing and finance options for a new F150. I am a very particular customer and very thorough with my research. With every inquiry, Melvin was quick to respond and extremely candid about pricing and options. I also worked deals with 3 other dealerships during the one month process to ensure I had the absolute best deal. Just about every aspect of the purchase experience with Five Star and Melvin was handled online. From finance approval and terms, trade-in valuation, to exact pricing of the vehicle was all handled from the comfort of my home. When i finally visited the dealer for my test drive, every number given to me in email exchanges remained consistent if not better when the final paperwork was signed. There was no pressure at all and absolutely no baiting with pricing just to get me in the dealership. This was by far the best new car purchase experience I've had. I recommend if you are in the market for a new Ford, drop Melvin an email and let him earn your business. More

I spoke with over 15 dealers throughout the state during my recent purchase. No dealership came close in terms of price and customer service. Mr. Mel Seibel allowed me take my time deciding which truck fit my recent purchase. No dealership came close in terms of price and customer service. Mr. Mel Seibel allowed me take my time deciding which truck fit me. He never added any pressure and he spent a significant amount of time assisting me. At one point, his entire desk was covered with window stickers of trucks that he had found that fit my needs. We eventually braved the heat to view and drive these trucks. After viewing the trucks, I decided on the right pick up and Mr. Seibel was able to secure a price that was truly untouchable by other dealerships. From there I dealt with finance department and everything went flawless. I am a customer for life. This is a place where I will send my family and friends. I highly recommend Mr. Seibel and Mr. Harkins! More

Called Melvin on Friday morning. Great service. Made a deal for our new 2012 Boss 302 Friday Pm. Flew from Minneapolis to Dallas on Saturday morning. Melvin picked us up at the airport at 11:30. Went ov deal for our new 2012 Boss 302 Friday Pm. Flew from Minneapolis to Dallas on Saturday morning. Melvin picked us up at the airport at 11:30. Went over everything about the car and by 1:30 we were on our way back to Minneapolis with the car. Great experiance! In fact if a 2013 is available we would consider buying it from the dealership. I enjoyed this purchase. I normally like to be left to wander around a bit so that my wife and I can talk freely withour having any interuptions. We were allowed to do this at our request. When a sales person that did not know what we were doing ask about our visit and were we being assisted,they left us along when we explained what we were doing and that we had already spoken to a sales representitive. Once we had desided to look closer at some of the vehicled Mel was quickly able to supply all of the information that we needed. Jason handled our trade-in vehicle. The process was quick and painless. After we had agreed to a price, we were met by John in the finance department. Without trying to hard sell, he quickly explained the various options that we had with financing,warranty and other options available. The entire experience was easy and pleasant. More

Melvin was excellent. After looking for a low mileage late model Suburban for 3 months I found one on the internet that was at 5 Star. Mel answered my query within a few hours and I drove away less than late model Suburban for 3 months I found one on the internet that was at 5 Star. Mel answered my query within a few hours and I drove away less than 12 hours later with the feeling I got a square deal. It's been a few months now and we even had one small mechanical issue to work through after the sale. Chevy did not take responsibility even though there are numerous complaints on the internet. Mel met me half way and I am still very satisfied with our purchase. It was my best car buying experience in 32 years of driving and buying. More
