I first contacted the dealership by e-mail and Jennifer responded immediately. Unfortunately, I was not able to call her for several days. He had it pulled up to the showroom lot and within 5 minutes of my arrival, I was out for a test drive. No hassles, no pressure. I returned a couple of days later and worked out a fair deal with Jennifer Greene on both the Mustang and the Lexus that I traded in. Considering my credit history, I'd hope to get a better interest rate than 3.9, but unless I financed for 36 or fewer months, that wasn't an option. Jennifer Greene is a most gracious young lady and Mel and Bob were very helpful gentlemen. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer's husband, Ron. During the initial negotiations with Jennifer, she asked if I'd shop at any other dealerships. I had test-driven a Mustang from Grapevine Ford, but the experience there was very old-school dealer paradigm. I would be hesitant to refer a prospective customer to Grapevine Ford, but would certainly encourage shoppers to Five Star. Maybe we can come back to find a car for our son. I never thought that I would drive away with a car. I found Mel easy to talk to. He did not try to sell me something other than what I asked for. Bob explained my option without pressure.
