I recently purchased a 2013 F-150 from Mel Seibel at 5 Star Ford in North Richland Hills, TX. Overall the experience was fantastic. I spoke with Mel on and off for over a year discussing Ford trucks and Star Ford in North Richland Hills, TX. Overall the experience was fantastic. I spoke with Mel on and off for over a year discussing Ford trucks and during this time, he was always patient, answered all my questions and most importantly, never made me feel any pressure into purchasing. When the time was finally right to buy, it was the same experience throughout the negotiations and purchase. He was willing to work out a great deal with me at a price I could afford on a vehicle that fit my needs. The same could be said about Tony Synder in finance. Again, no pressure, no "hidden fees or charges" and I sincerely appreciated his honestly and helpful advice during the final, often most tedious part of the transaction. A great sales and finance combination that I hope carries over to any future service work with the dealer. I would definitely recommend 5 Star Ford if considering a new vehicle and appreciate Mel and Tony's work in making my experience as enjoyable as possible! More

I would absolutely recommend 5 Star Ford and Bob and Mel to anyone! They were friendly and extremely helpful. We felt at ease from the moment we stepped in. Mel and Bob worked very hard on trying to get the perfect fit for us! The price was excellent and we never had to deal with haggling. Bob and Mel came under what we wanted to pay per month, and I felt like that was part of the great customer service. We never felt pressured, and they were always accomodating. I have never had such a great experience with buying a new car, and my husband actually enjoyed it too, which is a big deal! We will absolutely be buying our cars here from now on! After shopping around for several weeks with plenty of less-than-pleasurable experiences at other dealers, we found the car we had been searching for a 5 Star Ford. I called and spoke with Melvin Seibel o less-than-pleasurable experiences at other dealers, we found the car we had been searching for a 5 Star Ford. I called and spoke with Melvin Seibel over the phone. I asked if they could come down on the internet price over the phone (not expecting a response) and he had an answer within 5 minutes. Since the dealer was an hour away from my house, it was really nice of him to do this over the phone. The experience was completely hassle free and we were treated extremely well even though we were buying used. Even when buying used, you go into the same lobby as everyone else, and use the same finance guys as everyone else. You can appreciate this if you've shopped around at any other used dealers. Great experience. I will definitely use Five Star Ford in the future! More

I had a Fantastic buying experience at Five Star Ford. I was looking to buy a nicely used car to replace my old out of date one. When I first went there Josh I. took care of me. We test drove potential fits for me and Josh was very informative and friendly. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond the standard. He communicated very well talking every day for a week. He gave my info to Melvin S. to help find a good fit for me and my price range. Mel was very polite and friendly. He seemed pretty human for a car salesman (; Mel basically laid my options out for me and explained everything and more to me. We found a same day trade in that was perfect for me. Three days later I was driving my Used new car everywhere. He also had great communication to always let me know whats going on and how it would affect me. I want to sincerely thank Mel And Josh, they made buying a car super easy and hassle free. Will do future business there from now on. I was referred to both Mel and Josh by a co worker at my job. And I see why. I was so surprised by the whole experience by how easy and quick it was. I highly recommend Five Star, if this is what only two people who work here do. I could only imagine what the others here do! I love my new car! <3 Melvin I hope your wife is doing better and I pray for nothing but the best for you and your wifey. From the first encounter via the internet until the final handshake at vehicle dlivery, Five Star Ford was a "top of the class" experience in dealer sales. The courtesy, friendliness, knowless and professionalism was all that could have been expected. While I cannot state that I got the absolute best price for my trade in and absolute lowest price for the new purchase, the agreed to "bottom line" was what was needed to consummate the sale. This includes aftermarket items, one of which was so recently added to the market that the aftermarket manager has to contact his supplier, that I asked to include with the vehicle at delivery. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new Ford. The only thing that is a detractor is the emphasis at the dealership on completing this survey with all "5" ratings. More

My wife and I had been searching for a new vehicle in the area, and after researching the necessary information about the vehicle I wanted to buy, selling my used vehicle and visiting othere dealerships with area, and after researching the necessary information about the vehicle I wanted to buy, selling my used vehicle and visiting othere dealerships with negative results, we began to think this was not the year to buy a new vehicle. Our Daughter contacted us and informed us we should talk to Mr. Mel Seibel at Five Star Ford to see if we could buy a vehicle from him, that he would have a vehicle as close to what I was looking for in the lot. The next day I was escorted by my wife and daughter and met Mel at Five Star Ford. Mel has a very friendly disposition and was very thorough in presenting the vehicle to us. Afterwards we walked outside to see the vedhicle and the color of the vehicle was exactly what i was looking for. The doors were opened and the interior was also exactly what we were looking for. After the test drive and the review of the new electronics of the vehicle we were introduced to Bob who bend oveer backwards to make the deal that would let us own this new vehicle. Including the accessories we added to the vehicle, the pricing of the product was excellent and within our affordability. All possible due to the desire of these personnel to please a customer. The dealings we made, the friendliness of the personnel and the courteous smiles and greetings of other personnel who were not involved with our business have made Five Star Ford a place where I want to do business from now on. Our experience with Five Star Ford has given me a calm of contentment. My new motto: Fly with Ford, Find the Future. More

Over all it was a great experience. Mel was great to work with, very helpful. On the financing side of things I felt very pressured to get certain things which made me very uncomfortable because I came in at with, very helpful. Mel was very attentive to our needs and concerns. When we told him on the phone what we were considering he respected that but then found a better way to get us a better vehicle. He worked diligently to stay in our price range and was a great listener. We have had many struggles this last year and Mel was considerate of our circumstances and very friendly and accepting. He was quick to pick up on our faith and we know for certain that God put Mel in our pathway through Five Star Ford. We also fully intend to try out the pizza place in Lubbock, Texas he shared with us about when we visit our daughter in college to meet the man Mel has forged a life long bond with. This is just one example of his loyalty and compassion for others. That makes him great at his job! We were afraid to come into the dealership for fear of rejection in light of our past year of experiences but we were greeted well and treated with honor when Mel said to come on down because he thought he could help us out. More
