It soon became obvious why we continue with Five Star Ford, customer service. Our first purchase in 2001 was from Joshua Fichter and as his career has advanced he still treats us as friends. Joshua introduced us to Melvin Seibel and I see another long time friendship developing. When Melvin asked what we were looking for he listened and brought us the car that perfectly matched our request. Because of the open discussion and excellent information we received, we leased the Ford Explorer Limited. The lease is the first for us but after all of the options were clearly explained it was the obvious choice. My wife is happy and excited with her new car and we now look forward to continuing our relationship with Five Star Ford and their excellent Service Department. More

Best Car Buying/Leasing Experience Ever Let me paint you guys a picture of my car buying/leasing experience. I contacted several dealerships in the DFW area who carried a Ford Fusion or Dodg Let me paint you guys a picture of my car buying/leasing experience. I contacted several dealerships in the DFW area who carried a Ford Fusion or Dodge Dart. They both had a beautiful blue car and I was torn between the two. I was offered a great deal on both cars, but there weren't many blue fusions available so dealerships kept trying to talk me into a different color. I was pretty much settled on just getting the Dart (even though I liked the Fusion better) when I was contacted by Mel at Five Star Ford. He not only beat the other prices I was offered, he located a blue Fusion and had it delivered to his dealership for me. He kept me updated on the arrival of the car and even offered to have it washed and detailed with a full tank of gas prior to picking it up. When my husband and I pulled into the dealership, there was my beautiful car, displayed right in front of the store. I'm not going to lie, it felt like I was a VIP. We walked in and Mel was there in front to greet us. When we got to his office he didn't try to sell us on anything. He let us know there was a Care package available that would cover dents and scratches if we were interested. He also informed us that a paint protection was added to the car but that the dealership covered the cost (it was required in order to transfer it to them). Mel explained how my lease would work and got my current car appraised (the dealership offered me $500 more than CarMax). But the best part? My payments were exactly what he said they'd be (plus the Care warranty I added). There wasn't an extra charge for tax, title, etc. There was no hidden fee. I walked out of the dealership with keys to a car much nicer than my current Nissan Sentra and I was SAVING money. Mel got me a great deal and was the kind of salesperson I'd be happy to deal with again. There to help you in anyway possible, answer questions and provide you with all your options, but lets you decide what you really want without pressure one way or the other. It was a completely different car buying/leasing experience than my previous ones. I would recommend Five Star Ford (and especially Mel, the Internet Manager) to everyone! This is the way car buying/leasing should be. More

Made sure we were buying the right car to meet our specific needs. Kenny was our finance guy. Also, no high pressure pitch to buy the add-ons, just a thorough overview of all products so we could make an informed decision. Last, but certainly not least, is Jimmie,, the SYNC guru. He sat down and spent as much time as we could give him going through the SYNC system and other features of our all electric car. We still need to go to one of his Saturday classes but I could not imagine trying to figure all the SYNC stuff without his help. Great job by all three gentlemen. I would definitely recommend doing business with them. More

I was impressed with the atmosphere walking in and their sales approach throughout our visit. Melvin was the sales associate we worked with, and he patiently and willingly walked us through all our questions as they came. Tony worked with our finances, and like Melvin he had a genuine approach as we filled out paperwork and talked details. Both had us laughing all the way through. Completely painless visit- in and out within an hour and a half. Very pleased and very thankful! More
