Professional and efficient I drive 30 miles and pass another Ford dealership to get to Bozard. Upon arrival, without an appointment, I was treated with professionalism and court I drive 30 miles and pass another Ford dealership to get to Bozard. Upon arrival, without an appointment, I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. Within a couple of minutes of check-in I received a text with the status of my work. The whole process of changing my engine oil and rotating my tires took about twenty-five minutes. I was kept informed via text of the progress of my work. This dealerships service should be a model for all Ford dealers. A few months ago I had a problem traveling south on I-95 in my Ford F-350 turbo diesel. Pulling into Bozard I was meet and my problem was quickly determined. A rental car was arranged while the repairs were performed. Again great and professional service with no surprises. I was kept informed throughout the entire repair process. Good job Bozard. I have had some miserable experiences with the Ford dealers in Jacksonville, what a pleasant surprise to discover Bozard. More

So i have to go back again and asked them to reset my sensor and a bit upset i told them that I hope they change my oil filter at least. One of the technicians said to me .......do not worry we change your oil.......Thank you. More

The most painless oil change I ever experienced! I got there early dropped off my truck and they shuttle me to work. They text me about an hour later and said my truck was ready. Arrived at quick serve lady at desk doing something on phone told i'll be with you in a minute. After they took auto in service very quick, actually doubt they did rotation tire pressures same for each individual tire that they were before service. Buying car from yu guys was great experience, just expected same level at service. Hey but you got me now, already bought plan so we will try again. Also Mary Lata was very efficient and friendly.
