She is very knowledgeable about Fords products, and she will spend as much time as you need to become a well informed customer. Marisa goes out of her way in every phase of the buying process without being high pressure. I myself would leave the dealership if I felt pressured. Everyone at the dealership has always been very nice and courteous. More

This was my first experience buying from 5 Star Ford and they were extrem Over the years I have purchased from a few dealerships (Toyota, Volkswagen). This was my first experience buying from 5 Star Ford and they were extremely friendly, and very professional. I felt like Joshua really understood what we were after and cared about what we wanted. I ended up taking home a used 2014 Ford Escape and it is wonderful! Marisa was amazing and walked me through the new car features, and even synced my phone up with the car for me. If every dealership had their own Joshua and Marisa they'd sell a lot more cars! I will definitely be coming here in the future for my car buying needs and I've already recommended it to friends! More

They have a tremendous selection of vehicles, very competitive pricing, and impeccable commitment to service. I dealt with both Joshua Fichter, and Marisa Thompson. They were both very helpful, and knowledgeable. They provided me with exactly the information that I needed to make an informed purchasing decision. Most importantly, they wer advocates and not sales people. Never once did they pressure me or attempt to push me to buy. This type of experience is unheard of in today's marketplace.
