Five Star Ford (NRH) - The Best Dealership I recently purchased my third vehicle from Five Star Ford (North Richland Hills) over a period of sixteen years. Friends of mine have purchased vehicles from this dealership as well. Each experience is as great as the first one. I bought my first two vehicles from Joshua Fichter and he still remembers me to this day. Josh is awesome! For the third vehicle, I worked with Marisa Thompson. She invited me to have a one/one meeting where she asked some thought provoking questions to help me narrow the type of vehicle I wanted. I test drove a few different cars before deciding on the Ford Edge. Elbert (Tut) Edwards was the finance person on all of my vehicles. He is friendly, knowledgeable and remembered me too. Knocked this one out of the ballpark, against all the odds! I was referred to Marisa Thompson after just been given a total loss on my car with no GAP, leaving me in debt and no car. Ms. Thompson worked vigorously in 2 days mostly via text since I worked cooperate hours and not thinking I even had a chance to get financed with previous auto loan balance and only making 10$/hr. She was able to get me into a brand NEW 2018 Ford Focus SEL. And to really take care of me she made sure I now have GAP coverage, tire and wheel coverage and platinum bumper to bumper for the life of my loan.
