We are very happy with the car we bought. Marisa sold us our first truck in 2007 and I went straight to her to help us again. We connected CarPro and he gave us 5 star Ford and Terry's name to contact. We did that and when we met him he told as they were there to help us to find a car to buy. They were right. Marissa Thompson made this whole buying process easy. She answered every question we had and did not pressure us in any way. She was very willing to spend as much time as we needed to make a decision and I was so impressed that she was willing to stay late at the dealership for us to take delivery of our new vehicle and then sit with us for what seemed forever explaining the sync system and even set up our personal information for us as she was teaching us how to use it. Her efforts were above and beyond what we expected and for that we are grateful. The rest of the Five Star staff from the finance dept. and the after market dept. and the service dept. were the most friendly and helpful people we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I can't say enough about Sam Pack's Five Star Ford family and how great they are to deal with and work with. I would hight recommend this dealership and Marissa Thompson to anyone interested in buying or leasing a new Ford product. My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with our new Explorer Limited and the quality and features of this vehicle.
