I contacted this dealership looking for a new Ford Escape. Marisa responded quickly with a great price. Marisa was able to get me a rate about 5% lower with the same finance company I had got a loan secured through in the first place. About a week later, I had some questions about my car and I called Marisa about 9 in the evening because I couldn't wait until the next day and she answered all my questions. She was very kind and thorough. She placed her own personal life to the side to help me and I am very grateful for that. I just moved from another state and Marisa, along with Betty Watkins and the gentleman in the finance office were very kind and thorough in explaining to me everything I needed to know since Texas does things differently regarding the sales tax, title and license. They were very quick and I didn't spend all day at the dealership as I have had to in the past at the other ones. I have been buying cars since 1992 and I can say with 100% confidence that this was the best car-buying experience I ever had. I have varying experiences when buying a car, but none like we experienced on this occasion. We were given excellent choices and explanations concerning the various choices of vehicles and accessories. When it came to the method of financing, we were given a very clear, straight forward explanation of the advantages and disadvantages of leasing or purchasing and what we might expect depending on the method used. We tried several vehicles. The various features were explained to our satisfaction. We were on a tight time schedule but never felt rushed. Those we dealt with accommodated our situation. The process was expedited for us in closing on the lease. We were given a fair value on our trade in. We were made to feel like valued customers. We did not have time to complete the walk through on the vehicle but arrangements were made for us to return and do that at a time that fit our schedule. We left with a sense of trust and satisfaction that has exceeded all prior car purchasing experiences. More

I went shopping for a truck and having owned a Ford F150 years ago, I knew without a doubt that is what I wanted. I sent in an inquiry via the internet not understanding how it worked. I sent in my request the first week of January and knew I was going to have to wait until the end of month, Marisa was very understanding with this and didn't turn me away. She was knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure I would get exactly what I wanted in the Ford F150. She searched all locations from where they could do a trade and made sure I was able to stay within my budget. I have to say, this was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I had mentioned in the phone survey that the fincance was a 4, this to me had no reflections on Marisa whatsoever. I thought I was rating the finance department personnel and felt the gentleman I dealt with was very inpersonable. Marisa did wonderful work to ensure the financing was within my budget and also to make sure leasing would not be a better option.
