We came in to have our 2009 Escape serviced and James Hopkins was so friendly and helpful. He turned a bad situation into a pleasant one. Giving us updates, holiday wishes, anniversary wishes and always keeping us up to date on what is new and just to stay in touch. We came in on a Wednesday, which we found out was her day off. So, Kelly Blackwell, who we asked for next, helped us. They are both the best representatives for Five Star Ford. This is the 6th or 7th vehicle that we have purchased from them. They have always made buying a vehicle a very pleasant experience. They make us feel like family only better! We would not buy from anyone else!!! We met with Daniel Flores for the financing. He was informative and made that phase quick and easy, and we left very satisfied and happy. Last but not least we were introduced to Sam O'Reggio in aftermarket sales, and he too was top notch. Although the first car we had discussed (emailed about) with this Dealership was sold, they were able to fit us to a vehicle with which we are very pleased.
