Really knows the product (both the Ford cars and the financing options) and worked hard to make knowledgeable car sales person I've ever dealt with. Marisa was referred to me by a coworker. From the time I walked into the store until I left the store my experience was WOW! I wish every sales person was like Marisa. I tried a different dealership first. After days of game playing by the Sales Manager, I left feeling defeated and angry with the whole car buying process. That night I called Marisa and we talked even tho playing by the Sales Manager, I left feeling defeated and angry with the whole car buying process. That night I called Marisa and we talked even though she was home with her family. I knew what I wanted and Marisa listened. Using her knowledge of the cars, she found the perfect one for me. Marisa had everything ready when I arrived. She went over all the paperwork, showed me the onboard computer navigation system, and other cool options my Escape had. I signed and was on my way in no time. This was by far the most pleasent buying experience I have ever had. When it is time for another car, Five Star Ford NRH and Marisa, will be my first stop. I am loving my 2014 Escape! More
