Each time going back to Marisa. We always leave feeling so knowledgable, informed and excited about our purchase! She seeks our needs and desires and goes above and beyond to meet them. She explains everything and makes the buying a new car experience as easy as picking out your favorite new shoes. Kelly introduced me to Marisa Thompson and she took over my purchase from then on. Since then I have purchase the other vehicles. I purchased all of the through Marisa and am very pleased. I have been treated very good each and every time that I have come to the dealership for any reason whether it was for service or just SYNC advice or a question about something. All personnel there ; from the Receptionist in the showroom to the Ladies that I pay my money to in the service department are very good. All are polite and helpful anytime I am there. More

I have never purchased a Ford vehicle prior to yesterday. My husband has purchased four trucks from Marisa and will speak to no one else when deciding to purchase. Since it was the last weekend of 2013, Marisa was extremely busy but directed us to Chad Ritter and guided him through options for me a new vehicle. Coming out of a Lexus they offered a test drive on the Ford Explorer Limited. The car rode smoother than the Lexus and offered more updated options than my current 2005 model. The price of the Explorer, along with the many updated options, weighed our decision heavily on going with a Ford vehicle. Marisa was there throughout the process whether it be via text messages with Chad or stopping to insure we were receiving the best options for the price. Marisa was with us for the final sale and delivery of the vehicle. It was the end of the night and she walked us through all the electronic options the Explorer offers. She even provided a contact name who will offer one-on-one for the many features the Ford My Touch has to offer. I can understand why my husband prefers purchasing a Ford, Marisa is a large part his choice. Her customer service and satisfaction is second to none. She will do everything in her power to have you leave in a vehicle you choose, at the price you choose. She is a no-nonsense "car saleswoman" and doesn't give a lot of smoke and mirrors as most of us are used to. If you are straight up and honest about your purchase and financial desires she will give the same in return. If you are shopping for a vehicle I would highly suggest asking for Marisa Thompson at Five Star Ford in NRH. We also optioned in to a lease, which neither of us has even considered prior to this vehicle. She laid out the options of both lease versus purchase and after lengthy contemplation we went with a 39-month lease. Again, if shopping for a Ford vehicle see Marisa Thompson at Five Star Ford. This is the second vehicle I have gotten from Marrisa myself not counting the ones my husband has purchased from her. She is the best person to deal with,you tell her what you are looking for and she bri myself not counting the ones my husband has purchased from her.
