My Dream Car I was so excited to finally pick up my dream car, a "2015 MUSTANG"! I have waited 14 years to get this car and I cannot express what a wonderful mome I was so excited to finally pick up my dream car, a "2015 MUSTANG"! I have waited 14 years to get this car and I cannot express what a wonderful moment this was for me. My dear friend, Lance, took me to Five Star and said I was like a kid, nervous chatter and full of anticipation like Christmas morning! Crystal Sanders made the initial part go very quickly. It was then time to sign my life away with Mr. Little, but worth every penny! Highlight was to meet Terry Rich, in person, and he was so kind to escort me down to the new car for a kodak moment! I teared up when I saw my car for the first time, with a lovely purple bow on the outside. A little something special from Crystal and much appreciated!!!! I was then handed the key and my dream came true. I cannot thank everyone enough for making this such a very easy process. I would like to say thank you to Mr. Jerry Reynolds, I have now heard your radio show and have read in more detail about the car buying process you describe. Thank you for taking the time to email me late on a Saturday evening. I would definately purchase my next vehicle from Five Star. However, not anytime soon, I have the vehicle I have always wanted! My husband and I recently had a baby and my 2008 ford escape felt like it was getting smaller by the day! After plenty of research, we decided we wanted to purchase a ford explorer! My family bought our last 3 vehicles from Marisa Thompson so when we went to see about purchasing a new vehicle we asked for her! She set us with William May. I was super picky about colors and options and needed to stay within a price range that worked for our new little family. They were both extremely helpful and patient and I swear they both did magic to get us into our new car. The found us the perfect car. Freddie did our financing and made the whole experience a piece of cake. He was easy to talk to and explained everything wonderfully. We really can't thank Five Star, William, Marisa and Freddie enough for being so patient, and understanding of what we were wanting and working with us to get us into our perfect family car. They were exceptional! We are now EXCITED owners of a 2016 Ford Explorer- we will continue to go back to Five Star Ford any time we need a new vehicle :) More

The Best Customer Service! We went in to look at a special running for the month of May at Five Star Ford and the friendly customer staff could not have been more professional a We went in to look at a special running for the month of May at Five Star Ford and the friendly customer staff could not have been more professional and calming. It can be a nervous and intimidating process, as I haven't purchased a new vehicle personally in many years, so I took my brother with me, but your entire staff, and mainly our Rep, Ollie Jackson, could not have done a better job at putting me at ease and feeling comfortable about the entire process. They were all incredible. So much so, that my brother and his wife, we own Fords also, but live in Dallas, took Ollie's business cards and the other staff who assisted, and said that they were going to drive over to Ft. Worth to this location for the next time they are ready to purchase their next vehicles. Believe me, that says a lot. Everyone there who helped in the process was just so genuine, it gave me a new perspective for sure. I deal with fleet vehicles at work and deal with 'salesy' people often that don't always seem sincere, but this experience was the complete opposite. They were the best. More
