Most of the Sales Personnel have tenure of 10+ years with Five Star Ford; and that says a lot about the personal atmosphere you will experience there. In reaching a deal on a vehicle; Diron is not satisfied until I am satisfied that I am paying a fair price for my vehicles. You want to do business with a guy who has your interest and desires in mind in ensuring you get the vehicle you most desire...go see Diron at Five Star Ford. And be prepared...he will just call you out of blue from time to time...not to try to get you to come in to sell you another vehicle...but to genuinely & simply check on you to see how you're doing and wish you well in life! Each time I go to Service for any oil change; I go up front to the Sales Dept and upon going onto the Sales floor; everyone remembers you! They may not remember your name, but you get handshakes and well wishes from everyone you encountered at time of purchases. Diron will remember your name and even what vehicle you purchased! You will not find better people than those at Five Star; and although they are a corporation, they function much like a family owned business. Each person is empowered to make decisions on most things, and when they can't, it's just a phone call or "let's go see _____" to make it happen. Best Experience I had a leased Ford Escape that I purchased in 2013 from then Texas Motors. Last year I attempted to purchase or lease another vehicle from David McDavid (who took over from Texas Motors). The experience was a nightmare. Horrible service. They were actually looking for ways to say "no". When I met Mario at 5 Star I could instantly tell he had my best interest at heart. Our previous wonderful Salesperson, Marisa Thompson, was promoted at Five Star, so for the first time, we worked with Salesperson Ollie Jackson. Ollie went above and beyond to meet the requests we wanted in our new vehicles. She felt it was very important to make us happy and to me that brings back a customer. She also took the time to get to know us and offered services at Five Star to help us learn how to work certain parts of the cars. I personally requested Anthony Snyder to do our paperwork for financing. Anthony always greets you with a smile and makes you feel good about your purchase when you leave. Marisa, Ollie, and Anthony make getting a vehicle an enjoyable and exciting experience. More

Went back to 5 Star because they were terrific, didn't have a lot of hope we could upgrade at a decent price but once again they were great. Since Marisa has been promoted she steered us towards Joe Ferrantelli. He was just as great and helped us find a 2013 Expedition. The plus side was it was a King Ranch and has so many bells & whistles I'll never figure them all out! Love 5 Star Ford and their commitment to help my family get what we need in a vehicle. More

Glad to have this awesome truck!! My sales person is a bit new to the dealership, but handled himself well. My circumstances with a "unique" trade-in made the process a bit slower than My sales person is a bit new to the dealership, but handled himself well. My circumstances with a "unique" trade-in made the process a bit slower than I would have liked, but Cameron managed his way through it. He was very attentive and did a good job keeping me up to date along the way. Marisa was able to help with a few of my concerns and was a big help getting the financing done. When it came time to finalize all the paperwork, "The Freddy Finance Experience" offered by Freddie Valdovinos was a breeze. The three of them took care of me and my family, and we will be back for another Ford. Thanks to all of you!!! More
