My wife and I drive 35 miles (bypassing other dealerships closer to home) to experience 5 Star’s exceptional customer purchase and ownership experience. Some of the service amenities include shuttle service available if needed, a clean and comfortable customer lounge with easy access to clean restrooms as well as well-stocked vending machines for a snack and a cold drink. Michael Fitch has been our service adviser for several years, but rest assured that the entire service department staff is professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The advisers keep customers well informed during the maintenance process. Service is prompt depending on what is required.
