He helped me determine the best options for leasing or purchasing a new car and was able to put a deal together that allowed us to purchase vs. lease which was our preference. Justin came in on his day off to get the deal started for us and was very friendly and patient when we came in to choose the vehicle. Five Star had the car I wanted in stock with the options I preferred. MM Ross went above and beyond in getting us the best deal possible on the car and made us feel like VIPs! Bob Little was quick in getting the papework taken care of. Jimmy Matthews stepped in to help Justin when I came in to pick up the car. I was so pleased with the wa I went in to get an SUV for my growing family. Aaron Dias was my sales associate and he was nothing less than AMAZING!!!! I was so pleased with the way he explained everything so thorough to make sure I understood what I was signing (this was my first time buying a vehicle). Not only was he great, the finance guy we dealt with, Tut, was super great as well. My husband and I decided he needed a new pickup so after we got my truck, we asked if it would be too much trouble to get another truck of course they were both eager and willing to help us. Aaron quickly found THE PERFECT truck for my husband and had it ready in only a couple of hours (it had to be delivered from a different location on a Saturday) and he made it happen. Needless to say, I have a few associates looking for new vehicles and THIS is the place my husband and I will/already have recommended them to! 5 STAR FORD!!!!!! More

Amazing I worked with Lee Clanton on getting my new Ford Escape. We had been talking for a couple months about what would be perfect for me. Never once did I I worked with Lee Clanton on getting my new Ford Escape. We had been talking for a couple months about what would be perfect for me. Never once did I doubt what Lee said. He was honest and very thoughtful. The best thing of all was that he knew how to handle my sometimes over zealous dad who was with me. Since my Dad works in Odessa, he was only able to be there for that Saturday when we bought the car. Lee made sure that my dad was able to see me drive off in my brand new Ford Escape. Tony Snyder was great in finance! We were in the office with him for about 15 minutes and he made it painless. Jimmie Mathews was great in helping me figure out each part of my Sync and how to connect my phone to my car. Thank you again so much for everything that you guys did!
