Lee Clanton was very responsive to our request for a particular new vehicle. He was up front about the cost and no haggling on a fair price. I would reccomend anyone that is looking for a new car to go to 5 Star ford. My first experience 4 years has not very good but since that time I have purchaesd two New cars and they have delivered in every c go to 5 Star ford. Once again you guys came through with what we wanted. When we walked into the dealership I was fussing at my husband that they would keep us all day. Lee Clanton made sure that didn't happened. They schooled us on using the synke system. We went to a class they provided a couple of weeks later. When our daughter bought a car at a different location Lee gave me help with information then, too. More

I had a very pleasant experience at 5-Star Ford in the purchase of my 2013 Ford Edge. I indicated what auto I was interested in buying and Mr. Clanton walked me through the purchase process along with al purchase of my 2013 Ford Edge. Since that location didn't have the color on hand, he was able to locate one at another location. The pricing was good and the car had everything I wanted. Mr. Clanton took me for a ride in another Edge to see if that is what I wanted. When I picked up the car, Mr. Clanton did a quick walk-through of the features in the car, while I was at the wheel. He gave me his phone number as I would probably have loads of questions as my learning time with the car grew. The service department was pointed out. I had been in contact with Mr.Clanton originally through the Internet and then through his follow up calls. I was impressed with his knowledge of the Ford line and was most impressed with the lack of sales the Internet and then through his follow up calls. I was impressed with his knowledge of the Ford line and was most impressed with the lack of sales pressure. I never would have pursued getting a car from 5 Star if he had tried high pressure tactics. I ended up purchasing a new Focus and the purchase process was actually much quicker than expected. I could never understand why it took longer to buy a car than a house. Mr. Snyder had me in and out in no time. I didn't feel like I had been put through the wringer which usually happens during the finance process. I also felt good the next day about the deal. No buyer's remorse. One final note. I had the windows tinted through their After Market department and Sam O'Reggio did a superb job in handling this process. The car was ready when promised, I was given a good price, and his staff did an excellent job on installation. 5 Star did an excellent job all around. More
