Perhaps if you would hold true to the promises you make customers (like returning voicemail, or text) you could actually live up to the review written on October 2nd that you wrote about yourself!! ~~ I have text trail proof, dates of left messages with no returns, and finally going through another salesman that you have DROPPED the ball with us! Very low pressure, easy and great buying experience! I was initially called within minutes of inquiring about the new Escape by Justin. Very impressed! I set up a time to come in and test drive a few vehicles, since Justin was not available the time I was coming in her referred me to Lee. I showed up and Lee happened to be helping another customer but that was ok because Jason was great for the job! Jason took over and I ended up buying my vehicle from him. I test drive a few cars and then decided on a color. The dealership didn't have white so he assured me he would find me a white one. Sure enough the very next morning my car was waiting in the lot for me, amazing! This place truly is low pressure and it made my car buying experience a great one. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy a new car, they really just want to help the customer and it really shows. More
