My wife got exactly what she wanted and all of the gentlemen we dealt with were very forthcoming and open about the entire transaction. The only reason for the 4 stars is because I wanted to pay a little less for the vehicle we purchased, but that is mostly on the consumer for settling and the fact that I have a mediocre credit score. One little side note is the interior detailing prior to picking up vehicle left a little to be desired. We could also see a few minor scratches on the exterior where the vehicle was run through the wash, but I expect they will be more than happy to buff them out when we visit them next. Thank you guys for all of your hard work. More

He joked about the "wild experience", but it was more mild than wild. Once we purchased the vehicle, Jimmie Mathews was waiting for us with a smile. He took us to our new vehicle and not only walked us through the Sync process, he synced up our phones, favorites, anything we wanted. He made us feel like we were the only customers at the dealership and would spend hours with us if needed. I cannot say enough good about the dealership and staff. I used to dread having to buy new vehicles. After doing business with 5-Star in North Richland Hills for 9 years and purchasing 5 vehichles there, I won't shop anywhere else! Highly recommended!! Lee Clanton, Internet sales manager, is amazing to work with. There is no waiting game or pressure, and if you call him beforehand he tries to have everything ready for you when you walk in the door. Every time I go to this dealership I am in and out so fast and they always work with me on financing, even when I think it is going to be impossible. Last night I leased my third car from this dealership. I had an even more amazing time here because this time around not only did Lee go out of his way to help me but so did Mark Lancaster. Mark works in leasing and is great to work with as well and made the leasing process easy. The finance manager, Anthony Snyder, is hilarious and makes the paperwork process not so tedious. When I was ready to leave the dealership I also received tips and training on all the features of the car from William May. William went out of his way and setup and synced my phone to the car, as well as setting up everything digital in the car. This dealership is amazing and makes car buying so fast and easy! More

From the time i walked in the door i felt very relaxed. These guys answered every question I had and they made sure that i had all the information i needed to make my decision. The big thing was there was no PRESSURE. After the purchase Leonard spent about an hour with me going over all the functions of the truck.
