Purchase of new 2017 F-150 I have been a Ford client for many years. I had a newer model F-150 that I was having problems with and was loosing faith in the Ford Brand. Joshua Fichter the GM for Five Start Ford NRH stepped in and worked with me and Ford to find a solution to my problem, It ended up with me buying a new 2017 F-150. The staff at Five Star took, what was a terrible experience for me and turned it into a very pleasant experience. They stood behind the Ford Product and went above and beyond in taking care of a long time Ford client. Lee Clanton made the buying process a very pleasant one. He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Elbert (Tut) Edwards was great to deal with in Finance. This is the 4th truck I have purchased from Five Star. Platniumn Explorer After several calls and visits to many other Ford dealers from Ft. Worth to East TX I was fortunate enough to find Lee Clantonat Five Star Ford. I told him exactly what I was looking for down to every detail. He found one somewhere in South TX had it sent to him and still had the best price out of every other dealership I spoke with. I made two visits one to confirm the vehicle had everything I wanted and was there about 25 min and then again to pick it up. The second time I was there about 2 hours. As I was picking up the Platniumn Explorer I noticed a small door ding. Lee had it fixed in about 30 min. Then he went over every function and detail on the Explorer with me. I typically buy about 2 vehicles a year because of my work. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

By far this was the best buying experiences I have ever had. Lee was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with information that was outside of things that I had thought. There was no pressure to buy when I arrived to the dealership to test drive and look at the trucks I had picked out. With my schedule, I cannot look for a vehicle in the traditional manner so a lot of looking is online at window stickers. Working with Lee, I was able to send send an email and received a response very quickly answering the question in depth. When it came to the final decision, I let Lee know which one we selected and it was waiting for us when we arrived. Anthony in finance was great as well, not trying to talk us into anything we didn't want or need. We have 2 teen drivers, and as much as we are not looking to the financial impact of another purchase, we are looking forward to working with Lee for our next purchase. More

Our vehicle buying experience has been enriched with the assistance, guidance, and pleasure of working with Doreen Parker Bainbride and Leonard (Lee) Clanton. Both Doreen and Lee have been the most professional and caring people that we have had the privilege to assist us with the buying of a new vehicle. Buying a new car is an experience that should not be taken lightly and one that is very important to the buyer and his/her family for a considerable amount of invested time and money.
