I went to Ford to get a new vehicle when I heard they had a good deal on the new 2024 Ford Escape. This is my fifth car from Bozard because the customer service I receive, every single time I leave I'm super satisfied! My usual salesman, Larry Travis wasn't working Saturday so he referred me to Joey C service I receive, every single time I leave I'm super satisfied! My usual salesman, Larry Travis wasn't working Saturday so he referred me to Joey Cotroneo. Joey was super helpful and attentive. He had most of the paperwork ready to go for me, had the car pulled around and already ran through detailing so I didn't have to spend all day there. Brian Mello helped me with the finance portion and although there were systems issues, I know how computers can be so I didn't mind. He was also helpful and gave great advice on which services to add. Bozard has a customer for life! More

Bozard exceeded my expectations as Travis was extremely transparent, hospitable, and understanding. Upon arrival I was told there were a couple very minor issues that needed to be fixed and that they would take care of it. After purchasing my car Bailey called the very next day to schedule an appointment for repairs. She was very pleasant to speak to. Not only do they pride themselves on customer service but quality as well! The transaction was incredibly smooth thanks to Ricky as he did everything with a smile. They worked quickly before I arrived to make sure the vehicle and paper work were ready to go. I’ve never only been at a dealership for just an hour. I am so in love with my 2018 Passat that had everything I was looking for and the wonderful experience. I will be coming back! More

DJ and Larry worked really hard to crunch numbers with my trade and purchase and got me a great rate. I was able to complete almost all my documents via Docusign and the next day they brought my new car to me and picked up my trade. Their service is second to none and when I thought I had a technical issue (I did not after all), they sent a mobile tech to me to analyze and trouble shoot. Turns out nothing was wrong, but they still made it so easy. Time is money, so this means a lot. I highly recommend working with them. Not only are they great but they had nice inventory. More
