Best Dealership Experience in 40 Years I've never been one to take my vehicles to the dealer for service because they are always booked and very expensive. Twice in the last year, I have ne I've never been one to take my vehicles to the dealer for service because they are always booked and very expensive. Twice in the last year, I have needed specialty repairs that required dealer tools and computers. The first of those two experiences was at a different dealership and it was an absolute nightmare. This most recent experience was at Five Star Ford and they showed me that not all dealerships are alike when I comes to customer service. All of the employees were super nice and did everything possible to accommodate my needs. I paid an arm and a leg for my repair, but they pulled some strings and returned my truck to me the same day!! Five Star is the only dealer I'll trust going forward. More

Service Oil changes can sometimes just wear you down. Cameron discussed all steps and made sure my expectations were addressed. Karena Favela and Brandon in the Service Department took great care of me and made certain that I left satisfied. I was originally quoted a higher price for a set of 4 Hankook Optimo H431 tires, but when I mentioned to Brandon that I had found the same tires for a cheaper price at Pep Boys and he agreed to a price-match. Karena closed out the deal, making me feel like a valued and appreciated customer. I will be taking my 2007 Ford Explorer there for service in next week. More
