Outstanding Customer Service This dealership was recommended by a friend. From the time I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff. Diron Lintz first helped me. He then proceeded to answer all my questions about the car and discount options offered by Ford . I returned a second time and Diron was not available so Justin Allerheiligen stepped in to help. He took me to test drive a Ford Edge I requested. He was very knowledgeable about the car. He also answered questions about cost and discounts available to me. He also explained the differences in the SEL and Limited Edge. He provided a brochure so I could decide which options were most important to me. Since the dealership did not have the vehicle I wanted, he located one in Oklahoma for me. Diron went to pick up the vehicle so I could have the vehicle ASAP. I returned 2 days later to purchase. Justin got all paperwork in order and showed me how to operated the touchscreen and lights,etc. He let me know if I had any questions on how to operate anything, I could always call him or attend a class. Tut did the financing paperwork and was very friendly and answered all my questions. He explained everything very well. Diron also told me if I had any questions about anything, the dealership offered classes on Saturdays. Everyone was very helpful and nice and knowledgeable about their products. They went above and beyond what I expected to make sure I had the vehicle I wanted as soon as possible and all paperwork was done in a timely manner. Thank you for a great car buying experience. Five Star ford is really Five Star!! My recent experience with Five Star Ford was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought many vehicles over the last 35 years! My recent experience with Five Star Ford was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought many vehicles over the last 35 years! I was in need of immediate, basic transportation as my 25 year old car permanently quit. I contacted Justin Allerheiligen and explained my situation, what I was looking for and exactly what I could afford. He took that and within hours had a vehicle located, at the right price and never once tried to bait and switch or sell me anything I did not want or need. He helped with options for finance or cash payment and sent me to the finance department where I worked with Kenneth Wilder. Both gentlemen treated us with respect, never failed to answer questions or explain any details. They have contacted me several times since just to check on how we are liking our new Ford Focus. It is a great car and this is a great dealership!! I am definitely a lifetime customer now and will send friends and family to them for sure. What a great place and great people!! More

This the second Ford pickup we have purchased from Five Star Ford and the second was better than the first purchase. Justin Allerheligan is truly a sales professional. The first time I talked with him on Star Ford and the second was better than the first purchase. Justin Allerheligan is truly a sales professional. The first time I talked with him on the telephone he was very courteous and all my questions about helping us with our purchase. Kathy and I made an appointment so that Justin could help us with our vehicle needs. He was very patience with us when we changed our minds and helped us select a vehicle from stock. Justin had knowledge of the USAA buying service which we used as well as the USAA financing. Justin showed us the difference between the Ford financing and the USAA financing. Justin is a very people oriented sales person who puts the buyers needs above just selling another vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle it was in perfect condition and Justin took the extra time to over features I was unfamiliar with. When Justin handed me the final paperwork he put his card in the warranty booklet and said if I had any questions to give him a call. I asked Justin to put three more cards in the booklet because will give his card to any friends who are looking to purchase a new vehicle. When he walked me out to our new truck he "thanked" me again for our purchase. We will be back when it is time to replace our Ford Focus and let Justin help us with vehicle needs.
