Another Ford Focus Another Great Lease Deal This is the second Focus SE that I have leased at Five Star at North Richland Hills with Justin. This time the car was for my second oldest son who's This is the second Focus SE that I have leased at Five Star at North Richland Hills with Justin. This time the car was for my second oldest son who's older car was worn out. On the last day of some lease specials, Justin was able to locate a white Focus that Sam wanted and get it done for us. They were busy last night as Ford and the dealership were closing out their specials, but Justin kept the process moving and Bob in Finance got us done in quick fashion. This was my son's first car buying/leasing experience which will build his credit with Ford behind the lease. I must also say the Ford Motor Credit was great with us on the last lease so I expect no problems with them on this lease for Sam. It is easy to see why the Car Pro Show recommends the Sam Pack family of dealerships when you have great people like Justin and Bob. Oh let me not forgot to say thanks to Sam in aftermarket sales as well. He put together a great deal for my son on window tint package just like he did for me on my Focus lease a couple of years ago. More

He helped me determine the best options for leasing or purchasing a new car and was able to put a deal together that allowed us to purchase vs. lease which was our preference. Justin came in on his day off to get the deal started for us and was very friendly and patient when we came in to choose the vehicle. Five Star had the car I wanted in stock with the options I preferred. MM Ross went above and beyond in getting us the best deal possible on the car and made us feel like VIPs! Bob Little was quick in getting the papework taken care of. Jimmy Matthews stepped in to help Justin when I came in to pick up the car. Jimmy went through the features of the car with me and ensured all my questions were answered. The overall experience was very positive and we will definitely recommend Five Star Ford to our friends! Amazing Experience I couldn't be happier with my experience at Five Star Ford. To deal with someone over the phone and via e-mail from two hours away can't be convenient I couldn't be happier with my experience at Five Star Ford. To deal with someone over the phone and via e-mail from two hours away can't be convenient for a salesperson, but Justin never once made me feel like I was a burden. When I spoke to him at the very beginning of everything, I told him my situation and his exact words were "I'm not trying to sell you a car, I'm trying to help you get into a car you'll love." He understood all of my concerns, answered all of my questions and came up with the best solutions. He had gotten me approved and in the car I wanted without any hassle. They waited on us to arrive driving in from Palestine and we didn't arrive until after 9, but they waited and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. When we left Palestine we had agreed to a deal and were on our way to get the Tahoe, then when we arrived, Justin met us in the parking lot, showed us the car to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and then took us into the finance department where the finance guy had gotten us an even better deal without us asking or questioning it! That to me is AMAZING service. Not to mention the dealership is immaculate. I know we live in Palestine, but we will definitely buy our future vehicles at Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills! More
