We wanted to buy a truck, not needed to buy a truck. The other dealership would not give us the numbers we needed to determine if we wanted to purchase the truck we drove. At 5 Star, they answered our questions, if Juan did not know the answer he took the time to find the answer. Then when it came to us making the buying descision he got the complete answers we needed including what our payment would be with different amounts down. When we said yes, and gave the amount down, all the finance paperwork was done and we drove away within 45 minutes. The whole buying process, test drive and all, took about 2 1/4 hours. No games, just straight talk. Very pleasent crew to work with. More
