From the General Manager Joshua Fichter, Sales Rick Dike, Jeff Smith, Finance David Hill, After Market Sam and William, and the Service and Parts Department. Every visit is like visiting family and friends. My 2015 Escape was in for service to diagnose and repair a noise in addition to some routine maintenance. Best Dealership Experience in 40 Years I've never been one to take my vehicles to the dealer for service because they are always booked and very expensive. Twice in the last year, I have ne I've never been one to take my vehicles to the dealer for service because they are always booked and very expensive. Twice in the last year, I have needed specialty repairs that required dealer tools and computers. The first of those two experiences was at a different dealership and it was an absolute nightmare. This most recent experience was at Five Star Ford and they showed me that not all dealerships are alike when I comes to customer service. All of the employees were super nice and did everything possible to accommodate my needs. I paid an arm and a leg for my repair, but they pulled some strings and returned my truck to me the same day!! Five Star is the only dealer I'll trust going forward. More

Great Service I took my vehicle in for warranty repair and Josh took great care of me and my vehicle. The repairs took a bit longer than expected which is understan I took my vehicle in for warranty repair and Josh took great care of me and my vehicle. The repairs took a bit longer than expected which is understandable for how busty they were. Josh kept me updated on the status and never over-promised what they did not deliver. I received my vehicle the day that Josh told me I would most likely get it back and my car is back to it's working condition. Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills has gained a repeat customer through this experience. More

What happened to the service department I have been going to this dealership every since I moved to the area. I have bought two new vehicles from them and love their sales department. I onc I have been going to this dealership every since I moved to the area. I have bought two new vehicles from them and love their sales department. I once felt the same about the service department but my last couple of visits were not what I have become accustomed to when going to this location. Over the last two days I have took each of my vehicles in to be serviced and both times I had to fund someone to assist me. The second time when I went inside I found two service advisors playing with their phones. Both visits took extended periods of time to get oil changes with the longest being three hours. Not sure what happened but it may be t I me to find a new home. Sad but true. More
