Extremely helpful,great staff, and goes the extra mile. Had a great staff with the purchase before and after the sale. Reviewed all the gadget and bells and whistles. Thank you Five Star Service Department! Jose Garza is the BEST customer service rep. He has not only taken care of me, but when I refer my friends to him, he takes care of them as well. He Jose Garza is the BEST customer service rep. He has not only taken care of me, but when I refer my friends to him, he takes care of them as well. He is highly professional and courteous. It is nice to have the confidence in a rep and a service department that I happily refer my friends to. As a disabled older single woman who knows there is a target on my head for stating work needs to be completed that doesn't, Jose and Five Star take care of me. Having raised with a mechanic I know they are taking good care of my car. Everyone is courteous, professional and helpful. The review of things needed for my car, the estimate of the cost and the low pressure as to when to complete it. Thank you, Jose and Five Star Service for taking care of me and my referrals!! More

Great Sales and Service Staff I've been purchasing vehicles from this dealership for well over 10 years and continue to be pleased with the level of service they provide after the I've been purchasing vehicles from this dealership for well over 10 years and continue to be pleased with the level of service they provide after the sale. I'm the "car guy" in the family, so when friends or family are looking to purchase a Ford, this is the dealership I point them to. Last week I took my mother's Ford Focus in for some warranty work. As usual, Jose from the Service Department kept me informed as to the status of the repair. I used to despise dealing with Service Representative, but when it comes to needing to get my Fords worked on I know I can count on Jose keeping it honest and getting any problems remedied in a timely manner. More

5 Star Gets It Done I came to five-star Ford because my Ford fusion was having service issues. My Fusion was not repairable due to a mystery issue and then my service vis I came to five-star Ford because my Ford fusion was having service issues. Everyone at Five Star Ford was awesome in making the nightmare bearable, Robert M pushed Ford and followed through as far as he could to pass it on to Josh and Tony H.to close the deal. I've bought my other two Fusions here through Spencer Southwell and was pleased to buy my third from my favorite salesmen!!!! Thank you everyone, see you on the next one!!! More

cost not as advertised Went to Five star Ford with a coupon for what they call The Works oil change advertised at $34.95. After completion was charged $27.29 for parts ( oil Went to Five star Ford with a coupon for what they call The Works oil change advertised at $34.95. After completion was charged $27.29 for parts ( oil & filter ), and $19.50 labor for a total of $46.79 before Taxes. This total was then discounted $5.00 leaving a total of $41.79 before taxes. Obviously the advertised price is a scam used to get you to come to their service department. Although I have no problem with the work, I work to hard for my money for them to abuse their advertised pricing this way. More
