Customer service was good but the truck went in with working AC. They found an issue with the AC and wanted $800 to fix it. I declined and got the truck back with no AC. Their response? Double sucker punched! Bought a new car; paid for extended warranty and premium maintenance plan; maintained as manual directed; serviced only at Five Star to 90,000 miles, Bought a new car; paid for extended warranty and premium maintenance plan; maintained as manual directed; serviced only at Five Star to 90,000 miles, including extra service suggested; now I need a new engine at 103,000 miles; and finally an offer of $500 for my car! No acknowledgment of pristine interior and exterior, or new tires worth more than $500. No acknowledgment of an engine with faults that should have been recalled, just it is all your loss. The only value I feel now from Five Star was as a financial sucker to them and to Ford Motor Company. Premium maintenance was a very costly joke! More

My family and I have worked with Rick Dike at Five Star for some time and bought a dozen cars from him between the three of us. He always makes buying a new vehicle a pleasant experience! Once again he came through and helped me find the car I wanted (which was no small accomplishment given the shortage of microchips/new cars). A great team can be found at Five Star Ford, from the sales team to the guys in the service dept that have kept these cars running at their best over the years. And thanks to John Little for helping me navigate all the upgraded tech in my new Escape! More

Jose has been helping me with my vehicles for years and I would highly recommend him. I have gone to other dealerships and been told that I need very expensive items repaired. He was very helpful as we were wanting the V8 with Flex fuel as it is a tried and true engine and the cost of flex fuel E-85 is $0.50 per gallon less than regular Gasoline and the money stays inside the USA and Helping American agriculture. Our loan officer followed through with the closing as expected with the best rates FMC offered with discounts currently available. More
