We provided concierge service to American Airlines Credit Union Members, Fort Worth City Credit Union Members, EECU Credit Union Members, and several other credit unions. We also serve our previous customers and their family and friends. We provide a no-pressure vehicle buying experience.

From the moment I stepped onto the lot, every person I met respected my time and listened to what I was looking for in my new vehicle. Everyone from sales, finance, and service did a fantastic job of making my car-buying experience a pleasurable one. For many years now, I stayed away from new car dealerships because of the reputations of so many being too pushy or only concerned about how much income they would make on the sale. My experience with Five Star Ford completely tossed my resistance to the dealership experience out the window. I first heard of Five Star Ford from Jerry Reynolds of the Car Pro Show. He recommended it highly to his callers so I decided to trust him and give it a shot. On my first visit, I met John Little who immediately showed interest in what I had to say and what I was looking for. I told him that I was just looking to get into my first truck and was not ready to decide yet. I was starting my research and did not want to waste his time. He was clear that I was not going to buy that day but still took three hours of his time to patiently answer all my questions. I never felt ignored, rushed or pressured to decide. I really appreciated his patience and thought to myself that he would be the first to earn my business if I decided on a Ford truck. The next day, I went to a Dodge dealership in my neighborhood where I was completely ignored. I didn't think mush of it and figured that they were either short staffed or too busy. I went into the showroom to look for assistance and noticed several salespeople gathered chatting and laughing and a receptionist who was sitting at the desk reading a magazine. I was not acknowledged so I just walked out and decided to take my business elsewhere. As I thought more and more about which truck I wanted, Ford F150 or Ram 1500, I began a detailed comparison and although I originally thought I wanted a Ram, I quickly decided on the F150 for two critical reasons. First, Ford is a much better option for me (also a much better truck in my humble opinion). Second, John Little had earned my business just by providing outstanding customer service! So, I went online to build my new F150 and decided to apply for Ford credit on the website. I was approved and withing minutes I received a call from David Deger. I met with David and John the next day and together they worked hard to find me an offer I simply could not refuse. The experience was stress-free and fast. I always felt that John and David were genuinely concerned about me and my needs and treated me as a long term customer and not a quick sale. I will definitely purchase another Ford from Five Star Ford again! I have and continue to recommend these gentlemen and Five Star Ford! Awesome job John Little, David Deger and Five Star Ford! More

Our experience in buying a new vehicle through Five Star was outstanding! Everyone was very helpful, beginning from the time we drove up to the signing of the papers. John was absolutely great in every aspect of the sale. He handled our sale like if we were the only ones at the dealership, it felt great to know that someone treated us with such priority. He took the time to explain and work with us. Honestly, he went above and beyond to give us what we wanted and because of him, I think we were able to drive out of there in a brand new vehicle. Alfred and Mike were also great in assisting with the sale. Everyone contributed and treated us with fairness and respect. Our sales consultant, John Little, went above and beyond to find just the right car for us. He spent hours with us in test drives and searches to locate a car that met all our criteria.
