Came in for service on existing vehicle, and asked for a trade-in value on our other, older vehicle. Sean introduced us to Crystal, who became familiar with our situation, and started working relentlessly to find something in our price range that we loved. We didn't intend on purchasing anything until Aug/Sept, but Crystal was able to work up a deal that fit our budget and allowed us to purchase now instead of waiting. We met with Anthony to work out the financing portion, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. But the most important and appreciated trait that they both shared was being up front, honest, and patient. We never felt any pressure from anyone for the sake of making a sale. Our next visit in was spent with John, Kevin and Jimmie who were also very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we knew they were there to help with anything we needed. I've never had an experience like this before with a dealership, and I would definitely recommend them to others. More

I was looking for a used car and I had already been to two other dealerships. One the day before and one the morning before I went to Five Star Ford. I had been online looking as well a couple of days prior to my visit to Five Star Ford and I had found absolutely nothing. I arrived at Five Star Ford around 12:45 or !:00 pm frustrated and tired. It had been raining all morning and very, very cold out. I called ahead and spoke with Kevin Jones he told me to come on out and that they had a lot to choose from and that they would be waiting for me. When I arrived he introduced himself to me and explain that they were a team of 3. Everyone came over and introduced themselves and John went out and located the vehicles that were in my price range so that he would know exactly where they were. So I wouldn't have to be out in the cold for a long period of time. Nevertheless he told me what they had and the very first vehicle he showed me was the one I purchased. They were friendly, courteous, considerate, insightful, and very professional. It was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I normally don't like car salesman they have always made me feel like I was being taken advantage of or lied to but not in this case. Crystal, John, and Kevin made my visit to Five Star Ford the best ever! My wife was in the market for a new car, and chose a 2013 Ford Fusion. I was there for the sales process, and salesman John Little made this such a pleasant, easy experience. He made my wife feel like she was the single most important sale he had ever made. Tony Snyder, who was our finance manager, added to the experience. He worked with his computer screen facing us-no secrets, and spent a solid 20 minutes looking through the many finance options available to find us the best interest rate. We have very good credit, yet he found a rate which was way better than what we expected, At least twice during the process, he would check his computer and actually found us a better rate than when he started the session, That is truly looking out for the customer's interest! This was a such a great experience, and I was nearing the point that I wanted to trade in my truck, so I decided-based on my wife's experience-to explore trading in a little early. The "luck of the draw" again teamed me with John Little and Tony Snyder, and the experience was actually even better than my wife's. Same pleasant experience, smooth process and being treated like family. No pressure or hassle. I also felt like the only person that Five Star Ford was interested in, although many people were there. They made this an easy decision, and after having an identical experience with Tony at finance, I drove home in a new 2013 F-150.
