However I was looking for a rather rare, regular cab truck with very specific options and had talked to every dealership in the Fort Worth area with out luck. F150 Order - Amazing Experience I ordered a F150 with with Crystal Sanders. I tried calling other dealerships, and they didn't seem interested in spending time getting me in a truck I ordered a F150 with with Crystal Sanders. I tried calling other dealerships, and they didn't seem interested in spending time getting me in a truck that they didn't have on the lot. The order took a while because Ford was not making the 2016s yet, but Crystal stayed on top of things. She got the order pushed through and help expedite the delivery/transport of the truck. Her communication was amazing! Always responsive to both emails and texts. When I got my truck, it was her Birthday and she was trying to leave, but still stayed to try to get me in my truck that day. She really didn't have to do that, but she went the extra mile. She teamed up with John Little to help me go over the truck's features. John stayed late, and patiently answered all of my questions. Amazing teamwork. Tut helped me in finance, getting me in and out quickly. Actually honestly answered my questions about how the interest structure worked on the loan. I would never buy a Ford from another dealership. I really can't think of anything I would have wanted done differently. More
