Awesome Customer Service I found the vehicle I wanted online. I had financing through my credit union. They referred me to Crystal Sanders at the dealership. Worked with Crylstal (Highly recommended) and we gave her our numbers , as what we were looking for. She worked with us, and got TUT the finance guy to finalize my parents paperwork. Numbers he got us was lower than we expected, we were excited. Prior to the visit to 5 star, my parents went to westway ford in irving, and they were not even trying to help, remind you all, my parents have already paid off 3 vehicles before trying to get their 4th vehicle. They gave my parents no options, numbers were double what my parents were looking for, and the finance guy was RUDE!!!!! They told my dad, that with his credit he had no options, that if we were to go elsewhere, my parents would get the same offer as they was given. WHICH WAS WRONG!! we left westway ford and headed to 5 star!!! WHICH was the best choice ever. I recommend you to go to five star ford if looking for a affordable vehicle, nice sales people and great finance team. Ask for John little or cyrtal sanders. They are the BOMB!! I choose to lease and this was my first time doing so; John and Crystal were extremely patient in explaining all the terms and conditions and differences in leasing versus buying. I never once felt pressured and truly felt like they had my best interest in mind during this process. They also stressed that just because the transaction is complete doesn't mean the relationship ends there, which I greatly appreciated. I've never owned a Ford before so the Sync technology is new to me. They walked me through my Escape and gave me both of their numbers to call anytime with questions. They also informed me of the Sync classes that are taught on site and I'll be attending one this Saturday. I have another Ford dealership closer to my new house but came to Five Star Ford in NRH because of a referral. My friend recommended I go talk to John Little and now I know why. John and Crystal make an awesome team and I am grateful to both of them for helping to make this experience a great one. Thank you! More

Ordered just the way I wanted my F150 When I started to order my F150 Lariat, we couldn't order the trailer tow mirrors with the Lariat 502A package. Once I sat down with John, Crystal an When I started to order my F150 Lariat, we couldn't order the trailer tow mirrors with the Lariat 502A package. Once I sat down with John, Crystal and Jeff, Jeff explained that the mirrors would be part of the 502A package. I pointed out that it will be very difficult to sell the 2017 Lariats with the trailer tow mirrors on them and he agreed. After about two weeks, Ford changed the verbage in the 502A package to not include the trailer tow mirrors. At that point, I was able to order the 2017 F150 Lariat just like I wanted. Thanks so much to John and Crystal for my beautiful F150 with the big mirrors. More

100% Satisfied I came in to buy a vehicle as a 'single woman,' and was extremely anxious about such a large purchase. A friend recommended that I contact John Littl I came in to buy a vehicle as a 'single woman,' and was extremely anxious about such a large purchase. A friend recommended that I contact John Little at Five Star Ford, so I did just that. I texted him a few days before going in, and when I arrived at my appointment, he was there to greet me with a smile and treated me as if I were the only person in the room. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford Vehicles, and answered question-after-question from me without growing weary. I couldn't decide, and ended up test-driving 3 vehicles before I made my final decision. I appreciated the fact that he never rushed me, or made me feel as if I was "just another customer." He made me feel like I was dealing with a friend that I had known for years, even though we had just met. His partner, Crystal Sanders, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, as well. She was available to answer any additional questions, and helped me along the way. Jimmy Truong in Finance was also very pleasant to deal with. Once again, I had many questions for him as far as warranties and such, and he was able to explain everything in great detail, to my satisfaction.
