We found what I wanted quickly, and Tut had me in and out pretty fast with the finance stuff. The main issue here was that when I went to pick up the car it had scratches and dents. So I came back the next day expecting it to be a lot better, but the car still had some blemishes. I just wish it was done correctly the first time. I'm going to take it back soon for service. Aside from that, I was treated very well here, and I'm proud to own a mustang. More

I started out at 2 other dealerships MacChurchhill Acura who didn't want Crystal Sanders and the team at Five Star Ford NRH made my experience great. I started out at 2 other dealerships MacChurchhill Acura who didn't want to let me leave without a car even if it wasn't a car I liked and Huggins Honda who was nice but didn't see what I was looking for. I then went to see Crystal because of her involvement in our local community, and the experience was better than I hoped for. They showed me multiple vehicles, and always kept in mind my budget and what I was hoping for which were not easy to match. In the end I picked a vehicle that I though I was happy with but realized it was not the right fit, the team wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase and worked it out so that I got everything I needed. Throughout the process I worked with a few different people and everyone made me feel as if they appreciated my business. I would not only highly recommend Crystal Sanders but would have a hard time buying a vehicle somewhere else after my experience. Thank you Crystal & The Five Star Ford Team! More
