Helpful friendly staff. My husband knew what truck he was interested in. Crystal and John were extremely helpful every step of the way. My only issue was with David Hill. My husband knew what truck he was interested in. Crystal and John were extremely helpful every step of the way. My only issue was with David Hill. We had a quote and the brochure on an extended warranty that also covered dent repair and windshield crack offered through our credit union. Mr. Hill looked at the information we had and said he would meet the price. He did meet the price but it was for lower coverage. It was late around 10:30pm when we finished the loan paperwork. It wasn't until I was home and reviewed all the paperwork that I realized the police he provided was not the same. I cancelled the extended warranty the next day. I felt taken advantage of by Mr. Hill and I will not deal with him in the future. More

Both times we have found exactly what we were looking for and at the price point we were wanting for our budget. Both times this was accomplished by our salesman John Little and with the help of Crystal Sanders listening to exactly what we wanted. Many times salespersons try to sell you what they think you should get. John Little listened to what we wanted and showed us exactly what we asked for. This is why we bought 2 new Ford Escape Titanium from Five Star Ford and will go back to him 1st for any future car buying needs. I would also like to add that David Hill in the finance office showed us exceptional customer service and was very respectful of our time. In conclusion I would say that Five Star Ford has hired some exceptional people to take care of their customers and I highly recommend. More

will continue to be a loyal customer I have to admit that I am one of those customers that happen to find even the tiniest issue. There were some factory related items with my car that to I have to admit that I am one of those customers that happen to find even the tiniest issue. There were some factory related items with my car that took longer to straighten out with the manufacturer, which made me inpatient at some point. However, both John and Jeff never gave up and worked tirelessly to make things right. They patiently answered all of my questions and provided all of the information I asked for in a timely manner. Every time I visited the dealership the communication with John was making me confident that everything is going to be taken care of, which is exactly what happened. Once the manufacturer’s system was finally updated, Jeff personally made it happen almost instantly. From the very beginning, they also went above and beyond to make this transaction happen while also keeping in mind the interest of the dealership in a very reasonable way. Overall, I doubt that an another car dealership can match the exceptional, friendly and best in class customer service that FSF NRH is able to deliver because of employees like John, Crystal and Jeff and their commitment to the dealership’s vision and mission statement.
