The only problem was that the keys were missing. I decided to give John a challenge and I purchased the vehicle without a set of keys 😁. Tut made the financing portion of the sale comfortable. I was adamant about not raising my current payment and he patiently worked with me. I even learned how to sign a proper signature 😉 I was told that he gave me one of the best send offs over the intercom. When I picked up my vehicle, John was not immediately available. And boy .did I find it may Sam Pack 5 Star Ford with two very knowledgeable and competent sales people, Crystal Sanders and John Little. I gave John the information that I was looking for and he promptly took me to two vehicles that had the equipment that I was looking for. He took my information and searched the computer fo find any discounts that I was eligible for. He found what I was wanting at a different dealership and had it at 5 Star as soon as the other dealership would let it go. No pressure at all from John, he let’s you decide and will answer your questions and works for you. Again, no sales pressure at all. John told me Bubba was fairly new, not to alarm me but to provide background, but he’s like a well oiled machine. Bubba works in financing and is a true professional. I wasn’t in the greatest of moods going to the dealership after a crappy day at work, but Bubba wasn’t even phased. He handled me like a true professional and even had me laughing at the end of it. Those two guys are GREAT! More
