An excellent experience in purchasing a new vehicle. This was my second Ford vehicle to purchase from this dealership. Purchased my 2014 F-150 a few years ago. My experience now was the same as then. This was my second Ford vehicle to purchase from this dealership. Purchased my 2014 F-150 a few years ago. My experience now was the same as then. Everything was easily handled in a reasonable amount of time. My internet sales person, Jason Howell, was very helpful. My wife and I had already selected a potential vehicle from the internet. Jason showed us examples of the Ford Escape and Edge, then had the Ford Escape Titanium I had selected brought up from off-site parking. We decided on that vehicle and quickly agreed on a price. When we went back to pick up the vehicle, John Little took a couple of hours out of his day to walk us through the "technical" aspects of the vehicle, including the Sync system, the parking assist and other safety systems. All-in-all very good experience which we have come to expect from Five Star Ford, North Richland Hills. More

As a result of receiving such first class customer care on our first purchase we decided to shop for a used car at 5 Star Ford. We stayed with the same sales team as before because they have earned our trust. We provided Crystal our price range and safety requirements for this car as it is to be our daughters first car and must last her through college. Crystal quickly provided options and began the finance process. From the provide list of cars we chose the 2016 Ford Fiesta Titanium. An excellent car! We came into the shop the next day, test drove it, loved it, and signed the paperwork. Thank you again 5 Star Ford, Crystal Sanders, John Little and David "M.I.T." Welch for such a positive experience. Our daughter learned a great deal about the car buying experience, and will probably be a long time customer, as we will, at 5 Star Ford. More
