Crystal and John were awesome We had been considering buying 2 new vehicles. We had bought from Crystal and John in the past so we worked with them again to get several of the veh We had been considering buying 2 new vehicles. We had bought from Crystal and John in the past so we worked with them again to get several of the vehicles we were considering set aside for us to review. We ended up trading in a Fusion and a Fiesta then buying a new Fusion and a Ranger. As you can imagine this required a lot of coordination and they made it all happen. We are now enjoying both vehicles and all is good. Thanks again to Crystal and John for all their hard work!!! More

John was good at relaxing me with general talk, mostly about barbecue, but also answered all my questions about the car. That after noon went back and met with Crystal about final deal. She had already worked up figures the day before. We came to an agreement on final deal and that was that. Easiest trip to dealership I have ever been thru, and I’ve been thru a lot in my days. Will definitely go back when I get ready to trade if they are still there. John brought me car to my house that afternoon with paperwork. Great job John and crystal. Thanks More

Wonderful Buying Experience A friend of mine who had recently purchased an F-150 hooked me up with Five Star Ford in NRH when I told him I wanted a new truck. Crystal Sanders and A friend of mine who had recently purchased an F-150 hooked me up with Five Star Ford in NRH when I told him I wanted a new truck. Crystal Sanders and John Little could not have been of more help, finding exactly what I was looking for (and more!), and showing patience when I wanted to think about the truck overnight and asked to take a second look in order to help finalize my decision. Once it was time to pay, the process was smooth and fast with Bubba Smith as there was no hard sell regarding available options like extended warranty, etc. (he only suggested them). As far as make-ready goes, the interior of the truck was not as clean as I would have expected. There was dust on the dashboard and across the control panel, and a substance was used to shine the dash that became sticky when the sun heated it. However, the carpet, mats, and windows looked really nice, and the exterior was clean. That notwithstanding, I would definitely buy from them again. They are a first-class dealership! More
