Crystal and John made sure my husband and I understood each step. Crystal helped us find the Flex we wanted down to the right color. From the time I made contact and told her what I wanted, arranging financing, and until the final signature, in only took only three days. Again, a transaction made painless. When we had questions both Crystal and John took the time to speak to us on a level we understood and I never felt "talked down to".
