He had most of the paperwork ready to go for me, had the car pulled around and already ran through detailing so I didn't have to spend all day there. Brian Mello helped me with the finance portion and although there were systems issues, I know how computers can be so I didn't mind. He was also helpful and gave great advice on which services to add. Bozard has a customer for life! More

Normally I hate going to car dealerships but going to Bozard Ford was a different experience. I had to travel some distance to see the vehicle that I was interested in, and Joey Cotroneo was the salesman Bozard Ford was a different experience. When I arrived, Joey was there to greet me, and the vehicle was clean and ready for my inspection. The truck looked great to me, and we went in to work out the deal. I expected a lot of pressure to add additional warranties or options. Joey offered but did not push it. I purchased the truck, and we parted ways both satisfied with the deal. It was the best and easiest vehicle purchase that I have ever made. It was well worth the ride. More
