Last two experiences at Bozard had very poor customer service. Octavia, customer service manager, never returned my phone call. My car info message said “engine fluids at Bozard had very poor customer service. Octavia, customer service manager, never returned my phone call. My car info message said “engine fluids low” needs service. When I arrived at service center, employee didn’t look up and when she did, she didn’t say anything. I said hello first. When I explained about the light, she asked what I would like to do. I asked her what I should do. She asked if I had checked the car. Then she asked if I wanted fluid added. I asked her if that was all it needed and she said probably not if it was low. I said I did want an appt so she called a number and hands me the phone. I had to start all over with name, etc . who then asked me the same questions if I had checked the car, etc. I scheduled an appt to have it checked because this problem was a recall which I had done earlier. I also asked for an oil change, check and rotate. I picked up the car and no window washer fluid. I had the same thing happen last time. The last time people were not friendly except the guy who is a greeter and tries to help without a lot of cooperation from the service people. That time one of the men at a front desk used the “f” word loud enough that I heard it. I used to think it was the best customer service. There used to be a very efficient person at the desk. I think his name was Alex, great example of customer service from my experiences. Also the English driver is very customer service oriented. But, I honestly came home and started looking for a different car to purchase soon. These two experiences were at the main service area not the quick lube More

Wonderful customer care , I was so pleased to purchase my last vehicle from Bozard Ford and Lincoln. I spent approximately five hours at the dealership only to walk away wit , I was so pleased to purchase my last vehicle from Bozard Ford and Lincoln. I spent approximately five hours at the dealership only to walk away with the most beautiful vehicle. The staff at Bozard Ford and Lincoln worked with me on the price style and year make and model. When I walked in I was indifferent as to what I would look at. The staff helped me become zoned in on one vehicle that I knew would suit my needs. I previously owned an SUV from Lincoln but they know Lauren care made that model. They put me in the best MKX And I walked away with my car that day. I give them five stars More

Recall Work was completed.in 2 hrs. I told Jeff the problem was when I brought my truck in I turned off the radio and AC. When my truck was ready the radio Work was completed.in 2 hrs. I told Jeff the problem was when I brought my truck in I turned off the radio and AC. When my truck was ready the radio was on and a different station. The AC was on. I had compass on my settings it was changed and the seat was pulled forward. This is my truck. The only thing should have been touched was the seat belts. When I have my truck in for service I don’t want anything else touched. More
