This was the best service experience I have ever had by far. Jeff was extremely helpful and friendly. He had excellent knowledge and was helpful in determining the needs of my vehicle. The customer service at Bozard is second to none. Living in downtown Jacksonville it would be easy to visit 2 or 3 other dealers, not to mention a slew of other repair shops, but even for something as simpl in downtown Jacksonville it would be easy to visit 2 or 3 other dealers, not to mention a slew of other repair shops, but even for something as simple as an oil change I will drive 30-45 minutes down to St. Augustine just to go to this dealership. Having car issues can be a hassle, but at Bozard they make it as easy as possible and are always willing to go out of their way to make sure that you have the best experience you can possibly have. Whether you are purchasing a vehicle or getting one serviced, you are wrong if you are not going here. More

The service people that I dealt with were friendly and accommodating. The mechanic (Luis) was just as friendly and informative. I use the Quick Lane for all of my routine maintenance where Kevin and Tony accommodating. The mechanic (Luis) was just as friendly and informative. Bozard Ford has always dealt well with me. I used another service briefly and regretted it. This time was exceptional. Marsha is wonderful to work with. My insurance firm was also exceptional at p another service briefly and regretted it. This time was exceptional. Marsha is wonderful to work with. My insurance firm was also exceptional at paying for all necessary repairs. While the cost is always too much, the service makes it as painless as possible. When I had a problem earlier in the year, Jeff Sparks diagnosed it quickly and made sure everything was properly repaired. There is no question I will use Bozard Ford as long as I have my truck, which I hope will be for many years to come. Thank you. More

I went for a service recall part on my 2003 Taurus. There was a tent sale going on. We walked around and met John Ramirez. Pleasant and professional. We came home with a 2011 Mustang. From the service dept. was a tent sale going on. We walked around and met John Ramirez. Pleasant and professional. We came home with a 2011 Mustang. From the service dept. to the finance department. What a great group. The floor manager gave us the best deal out the door price he could. I amso happy because I stop at all Ford dealers and look at Mustangs for 2 yrs or better. More

I bought a Ford explorer 2006 the second week I had it the transmission started acting funny. I did not by a extended warranty do to my budget so I called to see if there was a 30 day warranty I was tol the transmission started acting funny. I did not by a extended warranty do to my budget so I called to see if there was a 30 day warranty I was told yes there was , so I drove down on Sat they were not able to look at it that day was told to bring it back during the week. My salesMan Andy Harris call me Monday and told me he would get the service Department to call me to set up a time which they did. I called Mr. Harris back to see if I could get something to drive he said he would have to check Mr. Harris called me back and it would be taken care off. I drove back down on Wednesday dropped off my truck they got me a truck to drive and called me Thursday afternoon to let me know mine was ready, there was a issue and that it had been fixed. I picked my truck up Friday morning the issue had been fixed and they had also top off my gas. Thank You Andy Harris and the Service Department Billy ,and there were several others and the Enterprise Lady . Thank you all for all you done and fixing the issue. All of this was done at no cost to me. More
