Professional, competent and customer focused I have struggled since my car was in an accident. It has been 4 1/2 months since the accident and there was just one lingering problem with the car. Marcia Nelson took the time to get a thorough understanding of the problem I was having and it was finally fixed right. I hope there is never another accident but, if there is, I will be sure to have my car brought here no matter what my insurance company says. I know that I have found the best dealership ever! From the selection and purchase of my vehicle, to the scheduled maintenance and unexpected tire repair, and finally the resolution of a nagging problem. The sales staff, mechanics and service advisor has given me an experience that feels heaven sent. Keep up the great work. You've got a customer for life and I will recommend Bozard to all of my friends, family and co-workers. Thanks so much! More

great customer service first time visit met Marcia advised repair issues checked car out advised had to order parts and waiting on extended warranty response so car over nig first time visit met Marcia advised repair issues checked car out advised had to order parts and waiting on extended warranty response so car over night. She took me back to meet Mechanic as had odd event with part for convertible top and see suspension parts. Marcia advised she would be off rest of week but I would be taken care of by Jeff and Alex. Many delays and very slow process with extended warranty company, but Bozard employees were great and knew just how to handle. It took several days dealing with warranty approvals and mechanic was on hold waiting for their inspection, etc. but everyone stayed on top of process and assured me this was normal process with outside companies having to provide approval. Everyone I met was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I also have 2013 Lincoln MKX and will continue to drive from Jax to Bozard for service in the future. More

Not only do they service Fords, I have recommended neighbors and they have received fantastic service. The center has great waiting rooms with fresh baked cookies and popcorn. I never opened a door for myself. My vehicle always comes out washed and clean after service and I have never had to return with any problems. I highly recommend Bozard Ford for any of your vehicle needs. More

I am always pleased with the service at Bozard Ford. People are friendly and they have a shuttle service if I need to leave my truck and can't get a ride. I li Director: I wanted to take this time to email you in regards to your Quick Lane Service Department but primarily to recognize Kevin Bressler. I live in Jacksonville, Florida yet I drive all the way to St. Augustine just to have my car serviced. For some years now I have been coming to your dealership and I must say, “I won’t go anywhere else although there are several Ford dealerships in Jacksonville.” I purchased my vehicle from Duval Ford in Jacksonville and to put it profusely, their Customer Service in their Service Department is poor. I’ve also visited the Mike Shad Ford dealership for Service and it wasn’t any better. Perhaps I caught each on a bad day. But to say the least, when I visited Bozard Ford (referred by a co-worker) there was no doubt about it that this dealership was truly the BEST when it comes to Customer Service. Kevin has always taken good care of me as a customer, since Day 1. There hasn’t ever been a moment where he was in a bad mood, unkind, short patient or just unfriendly. He goes out of his way to exemplify a smile, friendliness, an upbeat attitude, positive feedback, attentiveness, thoroughness, knowledge and engagement with each customer (not just myself). It’s mainly his professionalism and his attitude that makes all the difference. It’s such reasons as to why a lot of companies loose business (hence why I tell everyone to not go to Duval Ford but go to Bozard Ford instead). So please can you take the time out to recognize Kevin at some point or another (if he hasn’t already been recognized) for his endless amount of exceptional Customer Service over the years of me coming there. I’m sure I am not the only Customer who feels this way but I am very thankful that great customer service still remains in today’s society, especially when I’m paying my money for a service. More

I have been communicating with Billy Arndt since purchasing my 2013 Taurus. He has assisted me with various features of my vehicle and accessories numerous times. He responds promptly, gives me options and answers all of my questions. He is knowledgeable about the product and explains in a way that I can understand. He is an outstanding representative for the dealership. In addition to Accessories, my experience in Service with Marcia Nelson and Jeff Sparks is nothing short of excellent. They are always friendly, accommodating and very helpful on each and every visit. When I leave I know exactly what was done to my vehicle and what always look forward to my next regular service visit. Their knowledge is impeccable. I gave the ratings of all 5's because these people went above and beyond my expectations of fixing what I thought was wrong with my truck. Not only did Jeff look into the problem I explained but had t went above and beyond my expectations of fixing what I thought was wrong with my truck. Not only did Jeff look into the problem I explained but had the service team do a complete check up on everything. Other issues came up and I was able to get them fixed without having to keep coming back for more repairs. Letti was wonderful and always happy to see me or talk to me. The entire Bozard Ford family made me feel like a family member. I have recommended them to all my friends and to my son. I like that Bozard Ford is family owned and operated. I will continue to use Bozard Ford even though I live up in North Jacksonville. I am more than happy to drive the hour to have my truck serviced where I feel like family and know I am being treated fairly and getting EXCELLENT quality work at a fair price. I also like that they support local schools and local sports clubs throughout the area. It shows a commitment to the community as well.
