Their staff of professionals gave confidence that my vehicle was being taken care of from the moment I pulled in. I was able to discuss needed repairs with the technician, and was given a comprehensive estimate before they began. NO HIDDEN COSTS when the vehicle was finished! Amazing job, amazing staff!! More

Not the best Brought car in for oil change over a month or so ago. Gear shift mechanism had to be replaced. Therefore, part had to be ordered. Finally, I had a day Brought car in for oil change over a month or so ago. Gear shift mechanism had to be replaced. Therefore, part had to be ordered. Finally, I had a day to bring the car back in for part replacement. The condition of car when I picked it up was unacceptable. I realized driving home on the interstate highway the car hood was not properly closed and navigation was not working. I had to pull over to shut hood. I had to bring car in the next day to troubleshoot navigation. Found out it wasn't connected properly. A few days later I realized chrome trim surrounding gear xxxx is chipped. I don't blame the Service Rep, Jeff, for the poor quality of work. More

Upon arrival for picking up my truck, Mr. Sparks provided Top Shelf Service, went over the repairs in detail and assured me that the service performed was Top Quality! This is my first experience of having service done for a warranty issue, Mr. Sparks was very concerned that my vehicle would be very safe on the roadway. My vehicle was released back to me as if just left the showroom floor, very clean! Thanks Bozard Ford!! More

Recall Service Work I had to bring in my 2011 Explorer for a couple of recall items. I took the opportunity to take advantage of Lincoln's Date Nite program. The Date Nite Lincoln made the inconvenience of having to do recall work not inconvenient at all! Great service as always from Bozard too, More

Wife decided about two years later she wanted something different so we went straight back to Bozard and purchased a new f150 crew cab 4x4. Again the dealership went above and beyond. I was actually impressed with a dealerships customer service. If you are from Florida you will understand but I hold everyone to the Publix standard so me being impressed takes a lot. here is where the relationship turned sour. I was in an accident and totaled my truck so I was forced to look before I really wanted to buy. I decided it was time to move to a diesel. My price point was low but there were good deals out there. After watching a few online pop up and sell faster than I could dial a phone. I asked what am I doing, I'll just let Bozard find it if they don't have one already. So I went down to st Augustine, and hour drive btw. I told my salesman buddy price what I was looking for and they just took one in on trade. After assessment and some haggling we got the deal hammered out. I asked specific questions about this truck I wanted to know if it had head studs installed and if the egr delete had been done. The head gasket would have been replaced as well if someone had done the studs. I was told yes and this created a lot of value in a higher mileage diesel. So I signed and took it home. About 4 days went by and something didn't seem right when I hooked up the trailer. I took it to a local diesel shop to have them go through it and see what all was not right. I got a list that consisted of expected oil leaks and a blown head gasket, no egr delete, no head studs, and an estimated bill around $10,000. I immediately drove to Bozard paper in hand. They gave me a few options. They offered to buy it back for what I paid no question. Tom Reinard went a step further and asked if I'd allow them to make the truck what I was told the truck was. At this point I think the salesman gave me some misinformation but not out of malice. But misinformation none the less. They assured me they would take care of it. From there forward I dealt with Russell wright and Jeff in service and Tom stayed on top of everything and kept me informed. It took two trips and I'm quite sure at this point they have taken a loss on this truck from the shear amount of money all this work has cost. However at this point I'm extremely happy. The truck was purchased "as is" so they had no legal obligation to do anything they did. It means a lot they would go to such lengths to stand by their name and provide this level of service when they didn't have to. So in the beginning I felt I may have been misled and would never buy there again. Now I will go out of my way to buy from them again. There is no substitute for that level of service, I would recommend them as a first choice even after my issues. It's still the best dealership I've visited. There's no doubt that they genuinely care about their customers and their reputation. Tom was especially helpful and took it upon himself to take on my issues as if they were his own. More

Non disclosure of potential problem's with 2015 F-150's Friday evening, August 28, 2015, I picked up my new Lariet Ford F-150. It was close to closing time, and we noticed the seats weren't cooling as well in the 2015 as in my 2013 Ford F-150 FX4 that I traded in for this purchase. Upon making this comment to Greg, our sales represenative, he said to give it time to cool as it is so hot outside. To make a long story short, it never cooled properly. Monday August 31, we contact Greg, who told us to bring it in to see what the could be causing this problem. When we took it into service, Jeff wrote up the work order. One of the other service writers overheard what we were bring the truck in for and told Jeff and us it was an ongoing problem with Ford. And Ford Engineers told them not to touch (work on this problem) because there is no fix at this time, and there would be a recall at some future date. At which time, I did't need to leave it. I feel that Greg is an awesome salesman. He told us without hesitation, to bring vechicle in and he would have a loaner waiting on us. I bought the vehicle in "Good Faith" and trust Bozard to inform all of their customers of potential problems. I feel somewhere along the line someone negleted to tell the sales people of the problem so that all customers could make a choice of whether or not to take the chance on purchasing a vechicle with a possible recall problem. I have always put my trust and faith in Bozard, this is my third new truck from them in aproximately 3 years. I've just lost a little faith and am disappointed in them due to this nondisclosed problem. I feel that the problems on the truck was not relayed down the chain of command. Service Department was excellent as was AJ who handled our paperwork. More
