Excellent service I went to the deanship with a small transmission leak. Regular Maintenance I took my Focus in for a regular maintenance and to have the 30,000 mile fuel system maintenance. They gave a time as to how long it would take and t I took my Focus in for a regular maintenance and to have the 30,000 mile fuel system maintenance. They gave a time as to how long it would take and they were right on with the time. While I was there they found some problems I didn't know I had and had me take it over to Jeff at the repair center. All the problems I had with the vehicle have been resolved. They kept me updated with what was going on with my car on a regular basis. I would not take my car anywhere else. More

Somewhere in West Virginia on my way to Florida, the windshield washer quit. This made for poor visibility and a more stressful drive. Bozard Fotd/Lincoln fit me in without an appointment, replaced the pump on my windshield washer UNDER WARRANTY and they washed my salt stained car (my black car looked white). They even gave me a shiny new Lincoln loaner. Outstanding job, Jeff Sparks and service crew! THANKS!!! More

Great Service Dept. My 2014 F 150 had to be towed to the dealer due to a severe gas leak. It was late at night and the tow truck driver was able to take the truck to Boza My 2014 F 150 had to be towed to the dealer due to a severe gas leak. It was late at night and the tow truck driver was able to take the truck to Bozard Ford and drop it off without me. Piper Bueno accepted the vehicle the following morning, let me know what the issue was after it was examined and let me know it would be a couple days to order the part to repair it. Piper's estimate for timing was exactly on target. They received the part on a Tuesday and repaired it that day. I was able to pick it up that evening. Jeff Sparks handled getting the truck to me. They had it repaired and washed for me. No charge per warranty. And Jeff had my neighbor's car washed that I was borrowing at no charge. Nice! It's been several days now since I got the truck back, and it was fixed perfectly. No problems. Thanks for the great service and consideration you gave us for our warranty repair. Love these guys! More

Never Gave Up! Jeff Sparks and his team had the hard task of locating a rattle in the front end of my 2012 Edge. They replaced one thing at a time, hoping to isolat Jeff Sparks and his team had the hard task of locating a rattle in the front end of my 2012 Edge. They replaced one thing at a time, hoping to isolate it, and after three different parts, found the problem and fixed it. The main thing is that they just never gave up.
